He is an experienced Airline Captain with senior management experience from one of the largest European Airlines as fleet Chief Pilot. Jan is skilled in Operations Management, Maintenance, Ferry and Test flights, legal matters, and documentation. He is our direct contact to CAAs worldwide.

Manager Administration

Elin has a strong background in the aviation industry, with a degree in Travel Administration and certifications as a business coach and CRMI instructor. She has worked for major European airlines, including Scandinavian Airlines and Norwegian Air, in roles such as Cabin Chief and instructor.

Before joining Focus.Aero, Elin served as CEO for an IT academy and prior that as manager of crew planning at Norwegian, responsible for over 11,000 crew members. Elin resides in Norway and enjoys reading and gardening during her leisure time.

Supervisor Operations

Based in The Netherlands, Marc has dedicated over 16 years of his life to the aviation industry. Before joining Focus.Aero, Marc held a similar role at Southern Cross International (SXI). His experience also includes working as a ground dispatcher at Amsterdam and Rotterdam Airport, as well as various flight operations positions across Europe. Marc is married with two beautiful daughters.

Operations Controller | FO ERJ135/145

Brent is the newest addition to our team, working part-time as an Operations Controller alongside his role as a VIP pilot on the E-135/145 jet. He joined us about a year ago, bringing with him almost 4 years of experience in the ferry flight business.

Previously, Brent worked at Southern Cross International (SXI) as a trip planner and operations controller for nearly 3 years. Being an active pilot himself, Brent possesses valuable insights into the day-to-day operations of ferry projects. In his free time, Brent enjoys playing golf and tennis.

IT & Tech | Captain A320/A330

Jesper Hansen joined us a year ago. He is rated on both the Airbus 330 and the Airbus 320. He has been working for several major airlines e.g. Air Greenland, WOW air, VietJetAir and Atlantic Airways.

When he is not flying, he is developing our inhouse “Ferry flight and Crew portal”, which is our own software platform, where we manage the whole Focus.Aero operation. He has previous experience as IT manager for a Danish company called Chrisco.

A truly exceptional professional that possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the ferry business, and is thus highly respected by his peers in the industry.

VP Sales Europe

John started in  the Holiday Travel, Charter and Tour Operator business in the early ‘70s

Moved on to Flight Operations in a busy Freight airline, then sold airfreight with a large Freight Forwarder,

Then to Flight Operations Manager in a Commuter airline before joining and helping to grow

the World’s largest provider of Flight Crew to airlines for some 30 plus years.

During this time he was very involved initial aircraft deliveries to start-up carriers, organising training of Flight Crew and Initial Operating Experience ( IOE ). Also setting up the Ground Handling at Dublin Airport and a very successful Aircraft Ferry Department within the company.

Moved on to work with a successful Scandinavian low cost carrier then managed a small package freight airline in Budapest, Hungary
